I built Art of Staying Wild because we were exhausted by high-sugar mocktails and wine didn’t always help. Also, I was feeling completely uninspired by the preachy, high-maintenance wellness trends. We don't need a complicated mixology hobby or a restrictive diet rulebook. You just need a clear boundary between 'on' and 'off.'
